Drawing inspiration from the Pirelli calendar of the 1970s, NU MUSES is set to celebrate the forgotten art of the classic nude and capture the elegance and romance of the female form.

The NU MUSES limited edition art piece is a sublime collectable calendar, featuring nude photographs of 12 of the world’s most stunning models, captured by famed photographer David Bellemere. The 2017 edition of this calendar was shot at the exclusive Casa Kimball, in the Dominican Republic. The exotic Caribbean provided a stunning landscape to create photographs that are immediately captivating, with an innocence and purity that can only be found in nature. The 2017 calendar will be unveiled during Art Basel Miami, the premier fair for art collectors in North America.

The breathtaking 2017 NU MUSES are Alejandra Guilmant (Mexico), Anna Wolf (United States), Ariela Oliveira (Brazil), Ebonee Davis (United States), Isabella Boemeke (Brazil), Janine Tugonon (Philippines), Jessica Clements (United States), Keilani Asmus (Holland/Indonesia), Nidhi Sunil (India), Rachel Cook (United States), Sabina Karlsson (Sweden), and Vika Levina (Russia).

Paris-based photographer David Bellemere is a master of using natural light to bring out an exquisite form and beauty in his subjects. Bellemere’s work has appeared in magazines such as Italian Marie Claire, French Playboy, Vogue Paris and Vogue UK; his client list includes Hermés (eau des merveilles), Zadig & Voltaire and Charles Jourdan. Bellemere is also the main photographer for Victoria’s Secret.
